Day 1 MARRAKECH -> OUARZAZAT -> ROSE VALLEY -> DADES VALLEY

• A member of our team will pick you up from your accommodations in Marrakech and we’ll travel to the Dades Valley via the High Atlas Mountains through the scenic Tizi n Tichka pass. The landscape then changes as we head south.
• We’ll stop in Ouarzazat, known as the African Hollywood, and explore the movie studios and the Taourirt Kasbah before continuing to the Dades Valley via the Rose Valley. Along the way, there will be plenty of opportunities for photos. Your accommodations for the evening will be at Hotel Xaluca Dades (includes dinner and breakfast.)

Day 2 DADES VALLEY -> TODRA GORGES -> MERZOUGA, CAMEL TREK

• After breakfast at your hotel we’ll head to the Todra Valley and Gorges, passing rows of kasbahs along the valley.
• We’ll stop for a hike along the valley and into Berber villages. Then it’s on to the Todra Gorges, considered the tallest and narrowest gorges in the country.
• We then head to Erfoud, the City of Fossils, and see how fossils are collected and polished from the mountains in the area, which is known as the Paradise of Geology. Lunch will be in Erfoud before we head to Merzouga, on the edge of the Sahara Desert.
• There your camel guide will lead you out on camels into the Sahara Desert where you will become more than just a tourist.
• You’ll spend the night in tents in our comfortable desert camp, equipped with flush toilets and showers. Dinner will be served under the stars.

Day 3 MERZOUGA -> ALNIF -> AGDEZ -> OUARZAZAT

• In the morning, your camel guide will awaken you to enjoy the beauty of the sunrise over the dunes. This experience is considered one of the trip’s highlights.
• After breakfast at the desert camp, you will ride your camel back to Merzouga and then start your drive to Ouarzazat via Alnif.
• The drive is mostly in the desert until we arrive at the Daraa Valley, one of the largest valleys in the country, famous for its dates. The valley is located on the edge of the High Atlas Mountains, surrounded by kasbahs. After stopping for photos, we will arrive at Ouarzazat. Overnight accommodations are at Riad dar Chamaa, HB.

Day 4 AIT BEN HADDOU KASBAH -> MARRAKECH
