TESTIMONIALS

Morocco Tours

“Definitely the best way to see Morocco without a doubt!!”
We absolutely loved our guide Moha, he couldn’t do enough for us. Everyday was an absolute adventure in a beautiful, amazing country. My husband and I agreed it was one of the best trips we have ever done, and we have travelled a lot over the years.

Cathy Fennel, Australia

“Absolutely amazing trip! highly recommend!!!”

Morocco Desert Tours

We (4 adults) set off on a 12 day personalised tour of Morocco with our guide Muha Ait Ha. He came highly recommended by our friends’ family who had traveled on multiple occasions with him. Muha had pre-organised everything; from pick up at the airport, booking stunning Riads (accommodation including breakfast) suggesting authentic restaurants for lunch and dinner…,

Daphne, Australia

“Welcome to Morocco” Just Wow!

Morocco Desert Tours

Our trip to Morocco was wonderful! Mouhssine, our tour guide organised the trip amazingly well making the most of every minute and visiting the most iconic places, all of them stunning! If we had organised the trip ourselves we would never have stopped at some spots he knew that could perfectly belong to some of the wonders of the world…,

The greatest experience!

MOROCCO TRAVEL TIPS

BEST TIME TO TRAVEL TO MOROCCO.

September – October

15–25 degrees Celsius and 60–75 degrees F in the coastal regions.

15–32 degrees Celsius and 60–90 degrees Fahrenheit is the inland region.

Morocco’s most stunning months to visit are September and October! All around the nation, the weather is warm and pleasant.

November – December

Temperature range for coastal cities: 10–21 degrees Celsius/50–70 degrees Fahrenheit

– Inland Area: 45 to 70 degrees Fahrenheit / 7 to 21 degrees Celsius

Morocco’s beautiful skies continue to smile down on those who are willing to travel to Morocco, even when the tourist season begins to slow down! As the temperature drops, remember to bring sunglasses and a lightweight jacket. The weather will be more or less winter depending on the area.

January – February

Region along the coast: 8–18 degrees Celsius/45–65 degrees Fahrenheit

Inland area: 45 to 70 degrees Fahrenheit; 7 to 20 degrees Celsius

Morocco begins its winter season as the new year begins. The farther you travel inland, the colder it will get. However, as you approach the seaside, you’ll experience warm, pleasant weather that will undoubtedly put you at peace. Allow the sun to warm you, but if in doubt, cover up with a scarf to avoid being too cold!

March – April

Region along the coast: 9–20 degrees Celsius/50–70 degrees Fahrenheit

Inland Area: 50–75 degrees Fahrenheit; 10–24 degrees Celsius

The trees and plants are waking up as spring begins to get under way! Sunshine and greenery flourish during these months! The cold temperatures are gradually disappearing! April is one of the busiest travel months in Morocco, so be sure to book your Travel to Morocco (lodging, transportation, and Morocco tour guides in advance).

MOROCCO LOCAL CURRENCY EXCHANGE WHILE TRAVELING TO MOROCCO.

How to manage your finances effectively is one of the most important considerations for your Travel to Morocco. We advise having some euros, dollars, or pounds with you so you may exchange them for dirhams, the local currency, as soon as you get at the airport. in order to cover your transportation to the hotel and deal with any unexpected surprises that may arise during the day. You can ask your driver or guide where it’s safe to exchange money once you’ve met them; they can show you the best currency exchanges locations with lower exchange rates than the airport.

WHAT TO WEAR FOR YOUR TRAVEL TO MOROCCO?

The climate in Morocco differs across various regions and seasons. For trips during the sunny summer or spring months, it is advisable to bring lightweight clothing; however, including some long-sleeved items is prudent to protect against unexpected sunburn while exploring. Additionally, a jacket should be packed for cooler evenings or if you intend to visit elevated areas. If you are considering an overnight stay in the desert, remember that even in summer, nighttime temperatures can be quite cool and breezy.

During the autumn and winter months, urban areas such as Marrakech and Tangier typically experience mild temperatures, making it suitable to wear a sweater and jeans while exploring. However, if your travels take you to the mountainous villages inland, it is advisable to include a coat and thermal attire in your luggage. Remain warm and relish your adventures!

Regarding footwear, it is better to have a comfortable pair of walking shoes for navigating the narrow streets of the medinas. If you plan to embark on desert excursions, ensure that you bring closed-toe shoes for the trip.

Morocco is primarily a Muslim nation, which may lead you to question the appropriate dress code. In urban areas, both men and women are typically free to wear the standard clothing of their respective countries. Nevertheless, when visiting sites deemed sacred or religious during your stay in Morocco, it is advisable to dress modestly and carry a shawl or scarf for added coverage if needed.

TRAVEL TO MOROCCO DURING THE HOLY MONTH OF RAMADAN

During the period of fasting from sunrise to sunset, many establishments and restaurants in the country remain closed or operate at a significantly reduced pace. Although Morocco may appear quiet and still during the daylight hours, the atmosphere transforms dramatically after sunset, as the streets and nightlife become vibrant and bustling.

It is important to remember that alcohol is not available during Ramadan, and dining options will be restricted, as only tourist-oriented restaurants will remain operational.
